Algeria votes on referendum aimed at ending protest movement

Algerians head to the polls later on Sunday for a constitutional referendum. They will vote on a revised constitution the government has pitched as a reflection of the Hirak, the movement that has led weekly protests for more than a year. Observers expect an extremely low turnout for the vote. Al Jazeera’s Mohamed Vall reports on what is at stake.
