HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent a message to President of France Francois Hollande, pertaining to bilateral relations between the two countries and means to boost them as well as the latest regional and international developments.
The verbal message was conveyed by HE Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani when the French President met him today at the Elysee Palace.
At the outset of the meeting, HE the Foreign Minister conveyed the greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to President Hollande as well as His Highness wishes of more progress and development for the French people.
The French President asked HE the Foreign Minister to convey his greetings to HH the Emir coupled with his wishes of good health and happiness for him and more progress and prosperity for the Qatari people.
During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing and advancing them as well as prospects of promoting cooperation, in addition to issues of common concern. (QNA)
