The Islamic republic will refuse renegotiations of the 2015 nuclear agreement, also dubbed the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), according to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani on Monday, Dec. 14.

While mentioning the probability of next U.S. government’s return to the JCPOA and following talks over the common issues, Rouhani shared the remarks.

The president also excluded probability of talks over Iran’s ballistic missile program with the West.

U.S. President Donald Trump pulled out from the JCPOA in 2018 and re-compelled old and new restrictions against Iran in an effort to push the last for recommenced negotiations on the JCPOA and Iran’s ballistic missile program.
