Sports such as running, swimming, and cycling will continue, while contact sports such as ball matches, and sports with several teams competing in a limited space are prohibited.
As previously announced, all sporting events will be held outside.
The new announcement falls in line with restrictions announced last week, which include closing playgrounds and exercise equipment in parks and on beaches.
