The more we hear about Zulal Wellness Resort by Chiva-Som, the more excited we get for it to finally open.

The wellness resort, which will be located in Khasooma in northern Qatar, has just revealed more details about its dining outlets.

Once open, the resort will have six restaurants and cafés, including a beachside seafood restaurant, a Lebanese restaurant, a spa café, a tea house and a formal dining experience.

Plus, executive chef Michael Davies will run a demo kitchen, introducing guests to everything from fermentation and dehydration to no-bake desserts.

We’ve got our chef hats on already.

Davies said, “At Zulal Wellness Resort, we are looking to intrigue and excite guests by transporting them on a journey of culinary well-being.

Through flavourful simplicity and the development of healthy eating habits, we can help facilitate lasting lifestyle changes that lead to a lifetime of wellbeing.”

Aside from the restaurants, Zulal Wellness Resort will cover 9.6 hectares, with 180 rooms and villas.

There will be an adults-only area of the resort, while the Family Wellness Resort will be open to everyone.

No opening date has been announced yet.
