Light rain was reported from parts of Qatar, including Doha, in the early hours yesterday.
This was followed by cloudy conditions at times later in the day.
The wind speed may go up to 22 knots, with the sea level rising to 7ft during thundery rain.
Inshore, moderate daytime temperature is expected and it will be partly cloudy with a chance of scattered rain in some places.
