The temporary closure aims to allow for excavation works for developing the infrastructure for rainwater drainage in the south of Doha.
The Public Works Authority will install directional signs to alert road users of this traffic change. The Authority urges all commuters to abide by the speed limit and follow the road signs to preserve their safety.
