Why NOZOMI’s terraces are the perfect spot for al fresco dining

Good news, Dohaites – al fresco dining season is upon us, and we’ve found the perfect spot for you to enjoy it.

NOZOMI is set to reopen its balcony and garden terraces from November 1, and you’re going to want to visit immediately.

Both offer up incredible views of the Marsa Malaz Kempinski and the Arabian Gulf, and you’ll be one of the first to enjoy the refurbished balcony terrace.

Located upstairs, the balcony terrace has a comfortable fresh new look that’s basically made for your Instagram feed.

While the terrace has a different look, the food and service is as amazing as ever – we gave it our Best Japanese restaurant and overall Best Restaurant awards for a reason, after all.

Sushi aficionados will love the comprehensive options on offer, and you won’t be able to resist the delicious tempura and robata selections either.

Other menu highlights include black cod, wagyu beef, and lobster, while vegetarian and vegan diners will love dishes such as beetroot carpaccio and kinoko gyoza.

And if you’re looking for a unique dining experience, you can step inside for another new addition: the sushi bar.

Once open, a select few will get to watch as sushi chefs expertly prepare dishes in front of you.

Whether you’re heading to NOZOMI for the first time, or just want to check out the great new additions, one thing’s for sure: you’ll soon understand why it’s racked up so many awards.

We’ll see you there.
